Redemption Instructions if you win a cash prize ($50, $38, $28 or $18):
- Winners will be contacted by the 28th of February to redeem their prize.
- When contacted by dorm staff, open the MyMA Home Screen and click on the 'Home' button.
- Navigate to the 'Shopping' section on the Home Screen.
- Click on 'Vouchers' in the Shopping section.
- Look for the 'CNY 2025 Celebration Relevant Voucher' and select it to proceed with the redemption.
- A QR code associated with the cash reward will be displayed on the screen.
- Show the QR code to the dorm staff for redemption.
- Once the dorm staff scans the QR code, it will be marked as 'redeemed' in the system.
- Ensure that the scanning process is completed successfully to finalize the redemption of your cash reward.
Redemption Instructions if you win GCC Vouchers ($18 or $10):
- Tap on the “Send Money” Icon to begin the redemption process.
- Select the recipient from your list of beneficiaries. Enter the amount you want to send.
- Under the option "Do you have a voucher?", click on "Redeem Now".
- Select the voucher you’ve won ($18 or $10).
- Confirm the voucher and complete the transaction.
- Ensure you redeem the voucher by 15 March 2025 to avoid missing out.
