Redemption Instructions if you win a cash prize ($2, $4, $8, $10):
- Winners will be contacted by the 29th of February to redeem their prize.
- When contacted by dorm staff, open the MyMA Home Screen and click on the 'Home' button.
- Navigate to the 'Shopping' section on the Home Screen.
- Click on 'Vouchers' in the Shopping section.
- Look for the 'CNY 2024 Celebration Voucher' and select it to proceed with the redemption.
- A QR code associated with the cash reward will be displayed on the screen.
- Show the QR code to the dorm staff for redemption.
- Once the dorm staff scans the QR code, it will be marked as 'redeemed' in the system.
- Ensure that the scanning process is completed successfully to finalize the redemption of your cash reward.
Redemption Instructions if you win 10 or 30 MyMA Points:
- In Myma Home Screen - click Shopping Option.
- In shopping page , Select rewards option (%P) to see rewards list.
- In Rewards page can view points Available, Consumed and Earned Points details.
